How do I make an appointment?

Do you diagnose and treat children?

Yes, Dr Miller has over twenty years’ experience diagnosing and treating children. At ENT Health Practice we offer a range of paediatric services. These include surgical removal of tonsils and adenoids.

Can you help with snoring?

Yes, we offer both surgical and non-surgical treatments for snoring. Snoring is a common problem with several causes. We can help identify the causes of yours, your partner’s or your child’s snoring.

Can you help with trouble sleeping?

Yes, we use at-home sleep studies and other methods to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.

How can you help with tonsillitis?

Tonsillitis is a throat infection that begins with your tonsils. The treatment for tonsillitis usually involves antibiotics and sometimes surgery (a tonsillectomy). We treat children as well as adults for tonsillitis.

What procedures do you carry out?

We offer a range of non-surgical treatments and diagnostic methods. Our ENT specialist Dr Miller also performs surgical procedures. Common surgical procedures include:

When are you open?

We have two sets of office hours:

  • office hours when our receptionist is available to make appointments and answer general queries; and
  • consulting hours when we see patients.

What do I need for my first appointment?

For your first appointment at our office, you will need to arrive at least 10 minutes early. You also need to bring several items with you including your health insurance card.

What are your payment terms?

For all our services, payment is due immediately after your appointment. You will need to confirm alternative payment arrangements with Dr Miller before your appointment.

If you have insurance, your insurance company usually pays part of the fee. (This depends on the procedure.) You will then need to pay any remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan.

Unfortunately, HIP and FutureCare do not cover in-office endoscopy procedures or our sleep studies. If you have HIP or FutureCare you would have to pay the full cost of those procedures.
